The Cottages

East Trayne has three beautifully appointed holiday cottages, which have just been converted from two existing barns and enjoy unspoiled views across the fields giving way to the beauty of Exmoor in the distance. 

Retaining all of the period features but with contemporary treatment, the cottages have open plan living space on the first floor comprising high quality kitchen and breakfast bar, glass balustrade, a dining area and comfortable sitting area with log burner and high definition 48" Smart TV, Blueray DVD, free Wifi and Bluetooth audio speaker. 

The cottages are all centrally-heated and have wooden floors and tiles in the living areas and quality carpets in the bedrooms..

A separate utility room gives you facilities to wash clothes and there is drying space outside as well as drying racks and ironing facilities.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor both with en-suite facilities.  Both rooms benefit from wall-mounted, flat-screen TVs. 

There is a private patio, which looks over the countryside and has outside seating and a gas BBQ to enjoy the views whilst cooking up some local produce.

The cottages have a private car park, access to secure storage for outdoor equipment such as cycles, a foot wash for muddy boots, bikes, wetsuits and children!

We are happy to accept up to two well-behaved dogs per cottage.  Please be aware that we have a puppy of our own.
